TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4 Closing date: 31st January, 2009.
4 Minimum number of entries required.
4 Existing ABBIES learners are not eligible to enter.
4 Entrants must be resident within mainland UK.
4 One IGb Apple iPod Shuffle is available.
4 Entry will be automatic on completion of an online booking
form and confirmed booking of lessons.
4 Entry will be restricted to one application per customer.
4 No purchase is necessary.
4 Entries will also be accepted
in writing, by sending name and address details to the
draw promoter at the address shown below, stating 'IGb Apple iPod Shuffle free prize draw'.
4 The draw will take place by random selection on Saturday
1st December 2007 and the winner will be notified by phone,
email, or post.
4 The first name drawn will
win the IGb Apple iPod Shuffle.
4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed
or not received due to computer problems.
4 Prizes will be dispatched as soon as possible after that
date.
4 ABBIES will not be held responsible for the performance
of the prize supplied and any problems should be directed
to the manufacturers/distributors.
4 The name and county of the winner can be obtained from
the ABBIES Driving School at the address below.
4 There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize
is not transferable or exchangeable in full or in part.
4 No correspondence will be entered into concerning the
prize and the PromoterŐs decision is final.
4 The Promoter reserves the right to offer a prize of equal
value as it deems appropriate.
4 By entering the prize draw you consent to your name and
details being used for promotional activities connected
with prize draw.
4 Employees and contractors of ABBIES, their families and
companies connected with the prize draw are not eligible
to enter.
